I bought this junk about a year ago. within that time I have had three callouts for repairs as it keeps trying to rebalance the load, no matter what you do you cannot reposition the load correctly. I cannot wash 2 sheets at once in it or it tries to rebalance itself. So when i wash sheets it needs to be one sheet only, NOTHING ELSE in the machine at all for it to function properly. So i can spend a whole day trying to get my washing done and so much power and water. I am requesting a return today. The repairman only came last week to fix the problem, he replaced the rods, and now have used it for the second time since replacing the rods and it is doing the same thing again. Piece of junk. What a pity because I just wanted a basic machine like the old days instead of all this wifi connecting stuff these days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from clothes never clean I brought this machine back in August 2023. It has never cleaned anything properly. Leaves silty marks over everything. I have tried everything possible to fix the problem. Changes soap powder to Liquid, put half loads in, always have water level on high and always clean filters before every wash. I wish I never brought this machine as it's a waste of money, let alone the other costs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worse washing machine in the world This is the worst Washing Machine I have ever come across in my life!!!! I am so gutted that we made a decision to purchase this!. Every single time I use it, it won't go onto the spin cycle as it says its unbalanced despite me re-arranging stuff, and having to actually drag wet bedsheets out so I can do one sheet at a time... if i am lucky. I never overload it! Its a 9kg machine. I can't put anymore than one king size duvet cover and pillowcases in the machine for fear of it not spinning properly. It regularly takes well over an hour or more to just try to spin one sheet!!! Heaps of water used in the process as it keeps putting the cycle back to rinse mode!!! You can't put it on if you leave the house, otherwise the thing will keep on rinsing and spinning for the whole time your out. Imagine how much water that uses/costs when you've got to pay for it. I really hate it and so wish I could sent it back to purchase a different one. The worse purchase I've made in my whole live. Do not buy.
