Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great start! Just installed the washer this evening and it was difficult. The noise reducing foam is Ames’s and obstructs adjusting the feet. The transportation bolts were so tight I had to find a spanner, not provided, to loosen them. The waste pipe needs to to zip tied into place, no zip tie provided. To cap it off removing the energy rating labels was a nightmare. It feels like someone’s got it in for you when you’re removing pieces at an atomic level. 15 mins later I’ve given up and will have to buy some adhesive remover. Haier you should get your designer to install the thing before they slap themselves on the back. Oh and provide the NZ number not the Ozzie one unless you want to wind people up.
