So far we can vouch for energy efficiency, cleanliness of dishes, capacity of the wash and it certainly has a shorter cycle than our old unit. All in all we are very pleased with the purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing This dishwasher, despite being one of the more expensive models I've owned in the last five years, falls short of expectations. Its washing performance fluctuates between acceptable and sub-par, but the most prominent issue lies in its inadequate drying function. Moreover, the process of resetting the rinse aid refill light is inefficient and manual, often proving to be ineffective. This, combined with its other shortcomings, marks it as a significant disappointment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did the job We brought this in November 2019 it started to out to be a great machine for it's price .it washed dishes well and just before the warranty period run out it stop working throwing codes .turns out it need the mother board replaced . Haier came to the party and fixed it . But now it's out of warranty and a small part on the top and bottom dish racks have rust and brown and it's started to leak from the front corner of the door 30 mins into a cycle since it . Had a quote and it's going to cost a bit due to having somebody come look at the machine then investigate what the issue is . Bit disappointed as its just 3 years old .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good for washing only First wash was empty to clean the mc. Had it on auto so thought 146 minutes (2.5 hours) was high for auto sensoring an empty mc. The racks where dripping wet after the cycle. No cycle has dried the dishes properly or even mostly. Heavy was is 130min. Light an incredible 90 minutes. Glass 120 min. Rince 20. Economy cycle is 174!!! Minutes almost 3hrs of power It does clean alright but not the top of utensils on cutlery tray
