2012
DEC	Euromonitor International ranked Haier as the No. 1 Brand of Major Appliances (8.6%), Refrigeration Appliances (14.8%), Freezers (18.6%), Home Laundry (11.8%) and Electrical Wine Cooler/Chiller (15.3%) based on 2012 global retail volume share.

2011
DEC	Euromonitor International ranked Haier as the No. 1 Brand of Major Appliances. Haier was also the No. 1 Brand in Refrigeration Appliances (16.5%), Freezers (16.8%), Home Laundry (10.9%) and Electrical Wine Cooler/Chiller (16.1%) based on global retail volume share.

2010
DEC	Euromontior International ranked Haier as the No.1 Brand of Major Appliances. Haier was also the No. 1 brand in Home Laundry, Refrigeration Appliances and Electrical Wine Cooler/Chiller based on global sales.
DEC	Haier was selected as one of the World's Top 10 Innovative Companies in World's Home Appliance Enterprises issued by USA Newsweek's website.
MAR	Haier was awarded Red Dot Design Awards for five of its products at Germany's Red Dot Design Award 2010, also reputed as the 'Oscar Award' in the industrial field.

2009
DEC	Euromonitor International ranked the Haier Group as the No. 1 Whitegoods producer with a 5.1% global market share. Haier also achieved the No. 1 position for the Refrigerator and Washing Machine category with a global market share of 10.4% and 8.4% respectively.
JUN	Forbes selected Haier for the second consecutive year as the World's Top 200 Reputable Companies, run by the Reputation Institute of New York. Haier ranked No. 34 overall, ahead of LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics. Haier was ranked No. 3 among worldwide manufacturers of household appliances.
MAR	25 divisions of the Haier Group passed world's best practice ISO 14001 Environment Management System.
JAN	Haier was ranked No. 18 in the 2008 Global Top 50 Consumer Electronics Brands at CES 2009.
JAN	Haier was ranked the No. 1 brand in Refrigeration appliances in the world from Euromonitor International 2008, with a 6.3% global market share, surpassing LG and Whirlpool.

2008
DEC	At the 2009 iF Design Award, Haier won Germany's iF Industrial Design Award for its electric water heater.
AUG	Haier was the exclusive global whitegoods sponsor at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Haier provided 37 Olympic venues including the Olympic Village, National Stadium, the Water Cube and the Bird's Nest with up to 60,000 green, cost saving and innovative products - ranging from our air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers.
JUN	Forbes' Top 600 List of the World's Most Reputable Companies, conducted by Reputation Institute of New York ranked Haier at No. 13 position.

2004
MAY	At the 95th Concours Lepine International France, the international invention award, Haier was awarded a gold medal for it's Double-Drive Automatic Washing Machine and silver medals for its Air Conditioners and Televisions.
